LoseIt! Redux

Getting plum, getting back into the LoseIt! accountability habit. Anyone feel inspired to join in? May switch software annoyingly shortly after, but need to change my behavior now, not after I have time to go software shopping. I'm up 10# and want to get that turned around before it's 20#.

My damn gym cancelled my class after my awesome coach left, so I'm getting far less exercise (um, none, actually) and inspiration. Need to get myself to a new gym but I keep finding reasons not to do that, nor do get into the mountains and hike which would be another thing to do this summer since I think it might be the last summer of my giant vacation (formerly referred to as retirement).

Here's an idea...
Do you still have contact with this coach? FB or something? If you do maybe in the meantime until you find somebody else you could get him to send you workouts? My trainer still has a whole group of clients from his previous gym that he sends workouts for the day to. It's not the same as a trainer in person but it's something. My trainer does this for me when he goes out of town or if I am out of town, he gives me a workout list and then has me send him a report of how much weight I did, what my times were, etc. Basically that being accountable to someone thing..

Oh and I put myself back on Lose-it and will join in, let me know if you switch to myfitnesspal.
