Too much sugar. Calories are right, but even adding yogurt (more high glycemic index food) they are making me jittery then hungry. :(
Pretty, full of all kinds of colors that are probably good for me in other ways, but just too much sugar.
Goodbye smoothies. It really was fun while it lasted.

I had beer for the first time in a few weeks last night and I've felt crappy all day.
Funny how one bad diet decision leads to a bunch more. Feeling run down and achey from the beer, today I ate fast food hamburgers and a big bowl of oatmeal - with a HUGE dump of honey.
Tomorrow I'll have to get evened back out. That will be challenging because it's a trial day. :-/
